Lilly pollen on your carpet?

If the pollen is dry, DO NOT TOUCH IT.

Take the hose from your vacuum cleaner, attach the crevice tool (the thin flat tube), switch the vacuum on and hold the tool just above the surface of the carpet. Move it gently over the pollen, being careful not to touch the carpet. If any pollen remains, wrap sticky tape around 2 fingers, sticky side out, and gently dab the remaining marks. Do not rub.

If a mark remains, treat as per Solids Fats and Tar.

If the pollen is wet, carefully pick up any stamens or larger pieces of pollen with tweezers.

Blot the area with clean towels. Do Not Rub.

Treat any marks which remain as per Solids Fats and Tar.
